Ordered my kit beginning of April and hasn't shipped yet so if you like a wait go for it lol or pay and extra 1500 for a doc race kit and get it in 2 weeks

His wait times are long and communication is little to none some weeks. The guy needs to learn how to set up a proper business rather than trying to do everything himself.

A customer of mine ordered a jp kit, got it in 4 months, was missing the coolant pipe and the manifold flange was not drilled out properly so that had to be sent back. 3 weeks later got another manifold and was built very poorly. studs were too close to the manifold and welds look like ****.
had to get a custom coolant pipe made just the other day since he completely ignores request for the coolant pipe.
great price but you get what you pay for. customer service is a negative.

Damn thats tough luck. On3 has good customer service, will pick up their phone and they have kits on shelf to ship out. If you email them, theyll let you leave whatever you want out of the kit

After reading everyone's outcome on JP works turbo. Its been 8 months since I've paid and ordered the ball bearing top mount! Hate to bring this up again but for future enthusiasts, don't use this guy. I have texts and emails saying he sent a tracking number....but never told me what it was.

Wow I cant believe you waited 8 months. I waited 3 and I cancelled. I ordered my Doc Race kit and got it in 2 in a half weeks. Just finished putting it all together today

I bought the DOC Race one 3 months ago. Ordered/Sent payment, 2 weeks later I got my kit and it fit perfect, much easier install, better overall quality AND had every single piece needed. Quality > Quantity.

im jelly, that's sweet i've been looking into a different kit. DOC racing is first on the list now. But, JPWorkz is a turd. i spent 4 grand and i have nothing to show for it. I'm stuck i asked for my money back but i havent seen it. I asked if he can send some parts that he has ready, still nothing. i cant dish out 4-5 grand for another kit lol until this yahoo refunds me. He said he refunded me the money, but i haven't seen that either. Watch out for turds

Also take a look at "you wish performance turbo kit" www.youwishperformance.com Fairly new option but prices are pretty good.

If you paid via CC then just call them and they will refund it asap for you under a claim. JPworkz is already flagged to all of the CC companies lol

yeah dude i messed up and used my debit card. so its a lost cause as of right now. He told me he'd take half out now and then the other half when he ships the kit. Well, he ended up taking all of it lol greedy turds. i guess i live and learn! I'm just glad BMW paid for a turbo change 50,000 miles ago. Or the car would be sitting in the garage!

I ordered a JP kit 17 weeks ago; was quoted delivery in 3-4. A coworker recently requested a delivery quote and Jerry told him 2-3 weeks; meanwhile myself and several other have been waiting months.

Communication was great until he had the funds. I initially provided 50% down upon ordering it and the other 50% back in July when he said the kit was nearing completion and he would go ahead and order the remaining parts (turbo, gates, etc). 5 weeks ago I was told he was just waiting on the turbo to arrive at the shop then would be sending the kit out to me. Fast forward another 2 weeks, told me he was at the shop at putting everything together to send me. I patiently waited and requested updates via, e-mail, text, and calls every few days with no response. I emailed him last Wednesday 9/27, stating I'd give him until Friday 9/29 to provide a legitimate tracking number or I'd file a chargeback; he e-mailed me late Friday night stating he refunded my money and I can repay once the kit was completed. Yeah, I'll jump right on that!

Disclaimer: I am not complaining or crying about my experience with JP; simply documenting my experience for others considering doing business with him. I read a lot about others experiences and knew exactly what I was getting into when I ordered. I fully expected the kit to take longer than the 3-4 weeks quoted, but I have a problem not receiving responses from someone I sent money to. I was really hoping his business practices and communication would be better than it was in the past.

I've been speaking with You Wish and they have been awesome with communication and answering my 101 questions. Very timely and informative responses. I'll be placing an order with them.

im running a jp kit. took every bit of 6 weeks to get it. I had minor issues with the manifold, he offered to fix it for me. But due to me being impatient he walked me through correcting the minor issues. Communication was a spotty, but he always got back to me

Been running the kit for 4 months now as my daily driver with no issues.

So, I've ordered the kit from JP Workz just about 3 weeks ago then I came across this and other forum threads about people not getting their kits. At first he was very helpful, even refunding the 3k i payed at first with my CC only to tell me to pay 1,5k trough paypal. So I did.

Now, 3 weeks later still no kit shipped and he told me he would send the kit wednesday 11th october, he didnt. Then he told me just recently he would was gonna send kits last saturday and I still havent gotten shipping info or any other replies from him.

I will start a paypal claim and see what happens. I'll post updates when I have any.

EDIT: So shortly after opening a ticket with paypal about wanting the money back, all of a sudden JP contacted me and said i could have the cash back or cancel the request on paypal. Since I know that if i cancel the request, I cant open it again, I just asked for a refund. Which he approved 1 hour later. So I don't know what to think now honestly.
