Default JB4 WMI fail safe in map 0 - 05-07-2020, 11:33 PM

Iím currently running BEF with JB4 as WMI controller in map 0. In this case would there be any failsafe function?

I know the usual failsafe is to go into map 4, but if Iím already map 0 what failsafe is there is meth stops flowing?

Not currently, we could always add one. But what would you want the JB4 to do on map0 it's turned off already?

Yup I figured. Since it’s already Map 0. I was just wondering how to create some sort of failsafe if using JB4 Purely as WMI controller. Guess not

If there is demand we could always due a simple flow based safety on map0 with no OBDII data. If boost > 15psi and meth flow < minimum for more than 2 seconds have the JB4 reduce boost request via TMAP 25%. For example.
