Great experience having Rob work on my car. Did the job under 2hrs with professional expertise and knowledge.

Thanks Rob for the great customer service and will be returning in the near future for more work.

I recommend Rob for the noted work listed on his site which I can vouch from observing Rob and the technique of work he has done on my car.

Thanks Rob!!!

I finally had the opportunity to drive down to Rob yesterday for a walnut blasting service, and after working with him, I can honestly say he is easily one of the most knowledgable and thorough guys you can find for your BMW servicing and tuning needs.

My car was in his possession for a little under four hours, and in that time, he did the complete cleaning service, took pictures and video of the entire process, and even found/diagnosed/fixed several pre-existing issues I had no idea were even present. He has a special talent of making you feel exceptionally proud for owning an N54 powered BMW, and if you even attempted to ask for this kind of the treatment for the price he asked at any dealership, they'd laugh in your face and send you home!

10/10 will go back for ALL of my tuning and preventative maintenance.

Rob was a pleasure to deal with.

Did a great job on requested work and has great knowledge of the N55 platform. He has also been helpful in answering questions and concerns I have had in a very timely manner.

I drove over 90 miles to see Rob and I will be back for several other mods and maintenance down the road. Yeah he's that good.

I was completely satisfied by the service I received from Rob. Let me tell you this guy knows what he is doing and answered all my question and on top of that he did a awesome job on my car. Taking his time working on my car like it was his own. Got a jb4 from ebay 2nd hand and ordered the vrsf dp from rob scheduled the appointment all was finished jb4 was in dp was in was time to start the car but we ran into a little problem the jb4 that i have bought from ebay didnt work !!!!!! I WAS FEELING SO DOWN! But rob fixed that problem ! Main solution was to get my money back from the ebay seller that i got the jb4 from contacted the seller he was understanding and returned the money back for the broken jb4. The seller didnt know if it worked or not also because he had got the wrong harness for his car. i Bought a new jb4 and flexfuel wire online once the parts came in we scheduled another appointment the following week and got the jb4 installed / flexfuel the car feels amazing it is so much fun to drive thanks rob and also he alpina flashed my transmission also. Rob's customer service skill is outstanding and i will be calling him soon for some maintenance that got to be done to my car. I Also i highly recommend people to GO TO ROB to get there n54 or n55 serviced or modded!

Add me to the list of those that have been assisted by Rob. He's the man and knows his stuff and does great work. I enjoyed talking with ya while u helped fixed my dp set up (was vibrating against my frame). I plan on coming back for some further maintenance items (valve cleaning and such) soon!

Thanks Rob - I'll be in touch!

Great experience having Rob work on my car. He has very professional expertise and extensive knowledge.

He will try to perfect his service at no additional cost. He installed JB4, Flexfuel wire, and BMS Cable and put additional efforts to install BMS cable in the convenient position for me. Because of this, it took him additional 20 minutes but he didn't mind it at all to do 'right service' for his customer (ofc no additional charge too).

I will be returning to him for other things and definitely recommend him to anyone here.

Again, thank you very much Rob!!

I had the pleasure in meeting Rob and have him work on my 2007 335i. Before meeting him, I had already read great reviews on his work and services on other Bimmers throughout Southern Cali. I was interested in the Walnut Shell Blast service and having 107K+ miles on my 335i, I knew I was way, way overdue. I reached out to Rob via email, scheduled the service and went in for the blast. I must say, a true professional. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of BMWs. Not to mention, a hard worker. Throughout the blast procedure, from the second he started to remove the manifold cover and surrounding parts, he explained in detail exactly what the blast involved. More importantly, once the intake valves were exposed, he handed me a flash light and showed me the valves and how heavily carbonated they were. Quite a bit of carbon snot, as I refer to it. As soon as he was done de-carbonizing one valve, he called me over, handed me the flash light and showed me the valve after the blast. Very, very clean. Truly amazing. Rob noticed right away that my vacuum hoses were brittle and nearly worn out. Again, he not only mentioned it, but he called me over to show me just how in bad shape my vacuum lines were in. My next service with Rob will definitely be to have my vacuum lines and hoses replaced.

Overall, I feel more confident that my 335i is now running more efficiently now. If you still enjoy your Bimmer and are in need of maintenance and/or replacement services, and simply just want high quality service, you will not be disappointed in taking your car to Rob. A one of a kind and honest Bimmer mechanic who definitely knows his stuff.

A truly satisfied customer

Default Vacuum Lines Replacement - 10-17-2015, 12:56 PM

Just another huge thank you to Rob for the vacuum lines replacement on my 2007 335i. Had over 107K+ miles on my car. The replacement recommendation came when Rob was performing the Walnut Shell Blast a couple of weeks before. Feels cool knowing that after a complete blast and lines replacement, my car is running like a champ. Even after so many miles on my car.

Thanks again Rob! You're a true pro!

another happy customer

Rob is literally the man, he took my 135i and pretty much made it brand spanking new with the alpine flash and an intake blasting. So happy I went through him and I'm actually going back again to have some more things done to it. Rob genuinely cares about his clients and will take care of you. His work is superb and gets it done in a timely manner. I only trust Rob and he is extremely fair.

Rob is the freaking man! First off let me tell you I live in San Diego and San Jose part time. I drive hundreds of miles just so rob can service my car. He's done walnut blastings, put me back to stock, and re installed my fbo mods. He has gotten me dealer ready for new turbos and maintained the fluids. This dude is the real deal! Do not look any further, his prices are un matched and his care surpasses BMW dealerships. Coming back down in a few months from the bay just for a new clutch and flywheel. Idk what I'd do with him!

Long overdue but big +1 for Rob. He did my valve cover gaskets and was very informative on the whole process and mentioned some things I should keep an eye out for in the future regarding maintenance - no pressure but just information. Keep it up dude!

Rob, what kind of labor is involved w RB inlets? I am seeing different numbers. Anywhere from 4 hours to 2 days, lol.
Trying to determine if I drop off the car or wait at the shop.

^Thank you to all the support and love!

I really appreciate the comments, reviews and support. It helps me grow as an individual/business which I appreciate. At the same time it also allows me to reflect on the past couple years and all the different people I have met and worked with to build their cars.

Ocean, it all really depends on the technician or shop's capability and skill level. Since I am not familiar with your circumstances or shop's skill level, I will explain it the best way I can. It can take an unfamiliar shop 2 days, whereas another proven shop can have it all buttoned up and test driven within a half day. Either way, be prepared for a drop off when your referring to an Inlet Installation.

If you are interested in having me get them sorted for you let me know. I am always happy to offer competitive pricing as well as quality of work that speaks for itself. Feel free to check Instagram for more recent photos #socal_bmw_installs

P.S. I must admit I am not very big on social media and staying up to date so what you see is only a portion of what I do and offer
