Default BMS F Chassis Diff Brace - 03-08-2020, 07:39 PM

Finally was able to get a batch of these done! Locks down the diff for tighter handling and improved traction!

Rear subframe, two 1/2" holes really easy to do!

Bolts to the diff will be stock tq. Make the ones to the subframe very tight, no real spec on those.

Bolt holes on rear diff are about 1" higher than holes on the bracket.
2014 435ix.

Do you have a video taken from under the car of the diff under hard acceleration and braking using this brace? I have the WhiteLine poly RSF and diff bushings and have been chasing the cause of wheel hop and mounted a camera under the car, focused on the diff. During hard acceleration the diff twists the front upwards quit a bit. It seems like a diff brace would put a lot of strain on an area of the diff that was intended to simply attach the diff cover. How much R&D/real world testing was done on this brace?

This type of diff brace has been on my 335i for a couple of years now at 750whp with great improvement. So... lots of real world testing.
