Default Sold JB4, new owner can't log in - 05-06-2021, 04:08 PM

Heya gang,

I traded my Q60RS in on an M4 and sold the (Infiniti) JB4 on eBay. The new owner is in the USA cannot access the app for some reason. I provided him with the PIN and he's getting a "kit not owned" error.

Can anyone help me help him take ownership of the JB4?

He has both the bluetooth dongle and the USB data cable....

If you log out of your app, he should be able to log in after. If that didn't work, he can mail burger tuning or the developer of the app for support.

Thanks for the reply. I logged out of my account long ago so I reinstalled the app, logged in, and "deleted Bluetooth device" then logged out again.

Maybe that'll do it.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I "deleted Bluetooth device" from my JB4 Mobile account and logged out but the new owner is still getting the "Kit not owned" error.

He took a screenshot and contacted JB4 connect support as suggested.

Fingers crossed.
