From from a Mazda3 customer helping with a little WMI testing.
Finally got a V1 MAF sensor and harness in stock to work with also. Once we get the V1 MAF control up and running then we'll turn our attention back to stronger Mazda3 maps. Our intake has been "almost ready" for over a month now, lol. Manufacturing is so slow these days. Soon though!

Glad to see someone else playing with the meth. Any specific goals in mind? Are they spraying in-between the intercooler and throttle body for the Mazda 3?

Terry, thank you for the update on the V1; Can’t wait to to see the results. Also, eagerly waiting on your intake, even though I know you’re focusing on the 3; I’m tempted to go ahead and get a CS or AEM (AEM looks much cleaner than fully exposed element).

For those V1 folks waiting for us to add JB4 MAF control, we're getting closer! The logic is programmed in to the JB4 for it and we think we found a connector source. Should have samples next week with luck.

I assume the above does NOT apply to the M3 turbo? Perhaps for the other models.

Mazda3 uses the V2 JB4 system, so the V1 changes are not relevant to it.

Was able to get a 2019 CX9 in the office today to test out the new JB4 V1 Application MAF control. Worked like a charm! Testing was done on 91 octane fuel. I used "rigged" connectors for this dyno testing but we're hoping to have the real connectors here in a few weeks and then will start mailing those out to V1 Application customers. CX, Mazda6, etc.

The JB4 log? Units and time. The units vary by the trace.

Great work! I see the knock detection creeping up at the +5psi but nothing serious. At +5psi, other than octane, what is the next barrier? Is it fuel trim or fuel cut?
Thank you for all the hard work.

There are a few factors at play. I'll want to collect a wider range of data before I definitely determine what the limiting factor is. But I think we're getting close to where the turbo maxes out as higher boost runs didn't yield more power. Maybe an intake would extend that range?
