I have emailed the correct address concerning this, also with the appropriate screenshot of the error. I am now going on 3 weeks with no support or results. I have emailed Burger Tuning directly at week 2 of no reply. Hoping to get some help here. Any help, thanks!

No response from anyone. Chat was quick, but they said they have nothing to do with the app (from what I understand the developer is completely separate from Burger)
Bummed out... picked up a used JB4 with BT to upgrade my JB1 w/ USB. Can't do anything until "unlocked".

Hey Dave, thanks for the response. I think I figured out the problem. I emailed again using a different email and this time I did not attach a photo to make sure the junk filters didn't block the email. I just typed in the error code instead.
DMAC got back to me within a couple hours and had the problem fixed up. You guys rock...the junk mail filters, not as much!
