I have similar issues and mods to you.

Basically everything is the same except these 4 things:
- Stock turbos not RBs
- xHP not Alpina
- Trebila flash not *****.
- It's a 135i

Have some questions for you..
Did you replace all the injectors or just injector 6?
Did you do anything else?
Have you got this sorted out now? And is it reliable?
Are you still on ***** tune?
