Ok - well heaters are pretty similar across platforms.
Generally if it's blowing cold air it's likely one of the following:
- Something is preventing hot antifreeze from circulating through the heater core
- May be a switch or valve
- Heater core may be plugged
- Check the coolant level when the engine is cold, fill it if it's low

Fired up my carly app today and these are the codes its giving for the a/c

sounds like a potential short, which could be a fire hazard. Can't really troubleshoot electrical issues over the internet.
Note = BMW recalled basically all e90's last year for bad heater wiring that could start a fire.
would suggest looking at wiring and testing sensors, but that's the kind of stuff that I'd personally take it somewhere to a pro for. Plus the heater is probably a huge PITA to access.
