Default G8X M3 and M4 Fuel-It! Flex Fuel kits have been released - 11-18-2021, 01:24 PM

Hey all,

We've released our new flex fuel kits for the G8X with our brand new braided lines and a super easy plug and play installation. The new kit simply replaces the stock fuel line in the engine bay so it only takes about 30 minutes to install.

Here's the complete installation guide...

Remove the strut brace with a 15mm socket or wrench and then remove the engine cover.

Remove the gray safety clip on each end of the stock fuel line...

To remove the stock fuel line, let the car sit overnight so there is no fuel pressure. Then push the line on as much as possible, depress the black clip, and then pull the line off.

Install the fuel lines, analyzer, and harness on to the ethanol sensor as shown. Connect the ends with the 3/8" fuel fittings to the ethanol sensor as shown.

Here's a video showing how to connect the fittings.

Connect the analyzer to ground...

Connect the white wire to the JB4 pin 4 of the DB25 connector...

No you don't need to attach it to a JB4. But if you have a JB4 it would be silly not to connect it, takes just one minute extra.
