Default Aftermarket twins - 05-16-2020, 01:14 PM

Looking for users with 30k miles plus on their aftermarket twins.

Would like to know

Company
Housing size
Boost
Fuel
Other mods
WHP (estimates okay)

This is not supposed to be a aftermarket company bash fest so much as an attempt to see if there seems to be common denominators in aftermarket twin set ups that 'last' vs the ones that die at 10k.

Thanks.

105k miles
That's wild.

However this does sort of fit into my theory about aftermarket twins and failures
I have always suspected that if someone sized out a pair that was significantly larger than needed, trading of some drivability and then ran those turbos well below their capacity they might actually last for a while.
As opposed to sourcing a turbo that is not sufficient for your power goals and then finding someone to squeeze that much power out of the setup anyway.

Thanks for your response.

Should post up your goals and ask the same question. The broad range of hybrids has been asked many times and if you search, you SHOULD find what you are looking for , for your power goals
