I don't notice it smoking any other time, but it now seems to be putting out a significant amount of smoke when going WOT. I think it's black or maybe blue but not white, but am not 100% sure. The back window is tinted so had to estimate by looking through the side mirrors.

Only 30k miles on the car (2010 535i), 10k of which is with JB4 and BEF. A few bolt ons, original exhaust system.

I'm thinking it could be excess fuel being burned or maybe some oil, but oil consumption doesn't seem to be going down unless it just started to burn more. Will keep an eye on it.

Got a catch can, relatively new valve cover and gasket, removed the PCV (If it's located near back left of valve cover where catch can hose attaches). No valve cover leak that I can see, although it was a PITA to get it to that point...had to torque it down 4 times.

I think the next step is to have a buddy sit in the back seat and stick their head out of the window and asses what's up.

But, any suggestions on what to check? Any thing in the logs that would help?
