535xi rattle noises -

Hi guys I'm having trouble to find where is the rattle or tapping noise coming from my 2010 535xi 111k miles manual transmission, car is pretty quite on idl, car start with the noise after 2rpm until 3.5rpm if i switch gears before 2rpm the noise dont come up, just had turbos replaced,coils,and plugs also i had high pressure fuel pump, i find out if i disconnect cyl number 1 noise go away, maybe injector?? the noise is very lound!! i pull out the plug and looks normal, maybe timing chain??valves? i dont know i recently changed oil 0 40w

Try swaping that injector with #6 and see if the noise moves. You'll have to code the injectors to the cylinders you swap in.

I tried the injector before I went to a used parts and I bought a used injector just to test the injector had diferente number anding with number 9 I don't know if I had to reprogram it for new type of injector, I drop off at eurowerks here in Florida this morning they said give me diagnostic in 1h but they never called me back I will wait until tomorrow to see what they going to say... Is possible be a spun bearing? Since it not making noise when the engine is loading..

I have the same year and model, and mine ended up being the the fuel injector. The dealership covered it under the BMW extended warranty. If you have any error codes just go to the dealership, if not, tell the dealership something is up,misfires noises etc. They will be pumped to get paid $3k from BMW for this job.

The injector was also changed number 6?

For your model year BMW will fully cover any changing of the injectors, even if you get it done at an independent shop.
