It's hard for me to tell exactly what is going on in the HCP flash, but AFR is SUPER safe compared to what you see on stock flashes. Basically targeting 12.8-12.5 in the upper RPM's. But it is just so much faster than my MPPSK flash.

The JB4 controls all boost, but completely relies on the DME BT being stable.

Since Halim is located in Europe, it can be difficult to schedule everything. But he was very communicative and knew what he was doing. My BMW is my DD, but I do have backups if needed.

I can't share my pricing because it was a special arrangement with HCP and Pure. But I'm sure it's in line with Mission Performance's pricing. But if you run a JB4, don't even consider the MP flash.

Car has never been faster than with the HCP BEF. I can't explain why or how, but the car is finally where I thought it would be with the PS2. It just simply rips now and I am super happy I did it.

Just heard back about pricing on the BEF. It's €795. Contact Halim via email: halim@cazimi.dk

Oh I see. So are you running map 7 still with the PS2? Did the flash fix the throttle closures?

Boost control was decent with MPPSK flash, but there were slight throttle closures after shifting. The MP flash just had horrible boost control with the PS2.

I'm still running Map 7 with the HCP flash. Zero throttle closures and fast as ****.

cool, first log I've seen posted with >25 PSI, also like how they did your BEF with a lower DME curve so you can have boost control with JB4, with wish I had that, my DME is 22.5psi and it limits what I can do with JB4 for boost control

Did you notice that the MAP sensor maxes out at about ~22 PSI as it is limited to 2.5 Bar sensor

See example in my log below where boost 2 never goes above 21.3 psi and just flattens out, does your B58 also show this, can anyone think of any issues running with the MAP reading not accurate, I do not see any issues in either of our logs with trims or AFR so maybe its OK with this this sensor maxed out?

I think it’s time to hit the dyno. If you think the car is at it’s full potential with pure stage 2 it would be nice to see some real whp figures and not just what the vendors have.

2013 335is: V8Bait tuned, M4 DCT flywheel, E50 + AEM meth kit with dual BM5 nozzles, MMP relocated inlets, VRSF outlets, CTS 7" IC, DCI, BMP Stage 2 fuel pump, PR coils, 3" DP, BMS charge pipe
2018 340i: Pure Stage 1 turbo, BMS meth kit, BMS intake, JB4 + MHD, DP
2011 335d: BRR tuned

There's a few more PSI left in the turbo, probably even more than 30. I was able to hold 24 PSI on the stock turbo and that was a year ago and with stock MPPSK flash.

When I find the time I will be sure to dyno again.
