Why did u replace ur injectors? I believe bmw has an extended warranty on ur injectors. And since u have a v8 I believe the injectors for ur motor is half the cost of new n54 injectors. Even though u Can use them in both, bmw doesn't give the part number cross over to the n54. I did it on my car.

Story of my life but I'd replaced then before BMW finally admitted all the issues that the N63 engine has also applies to the S63 since it shares some parts.

Reviving this thread. 13538616079 prices were $140 6 months ago, now $200. Does anyone know of any good price places? I'm looking for OEM/VDO index 12.

Maybe I'm just an *******, therefore thinking everyone else is as well. What's to not say that all these retails think that these injectors are an opportunity for a money grab as they're buying injectors from AliExpress for 6 @ $305 as they laugh their way to the bank?

I mean everyone LOVES to preach "you get what you pay for" as we drive the most expensive and equally most unreliable vehicles on the road (rod bearings, turbos, VANOS solenoids, water pumps, injectors, etc) all while BMW is on rev 12 of these things and still can't get it right. EVERY index was claimed to be better than the prior, yet here we are...clearly we're NOT getting what we paid for.

Don't post a corporate puppet reply either like "go try it yourself, only OEM for me" because that means you didn't let that last paragraph sink in first as you're being asked to pay upwards of $1500 (half the price of a rebuilt engine because of BMW's amazing quality) for ANOTHER set of injectors. I myself need to install a third engine into my GF's 535xiT since engine one failed and hydrolocked due to a failed injector and engine two failed w/ 75k failed in 10k due to rod knock/bearings. Brand loyalty is a bitch and we're being suckered by old sayings that need to die.

I guess gone are the glory days of early 2017 when OEM index 12's were going for $110, eh?

And it doesn't look like Rock Auto carries them anymore. Or at least haven't had them in stock for the past 6 months.

Best I can find are VDO's for $185 on eeuroparts
https://www.eeuroparts.com/Parts/146...A2C9521190280/

Anyone have better luck?

Once you include de-couplers and seals, ends up being about the same price from FCPEuro, but you also get a lifetime warranty instead of just 90 day. I'm also not 100% sure whether the eEuroparts injectors are guaranteed index 12's whereas the FCPEuro ones definitely are.

https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw...13538648937kt2

$1207 for the kit (6 index 12 injectors, decouplers, and seals)
