Apologies if this is in the wrong thread.
2017 Q50 Red Sport, JB4 map6, NO fuel wires nor EWG connectors
In user adjustment should I turn ON Bit 6? If YES, what does it do?

For the RS fuel wires are useful, I'd attach and enable those if more power is the goal. Otherwise, log itself looks fine!

Bit6 on doesn't really do anything unless EWG are also attached. But can't hurt to enable it.

Just installed my JB4 last night on my 2017 Q50 Premium. This log is on Map 3. I certainly am no professional but from what I can gather from the table, everything seems fine. I plan to switch to Map 6 but wanted to get an idea of the limit I can push the boost to before getting super technical with the whole rpm range. Let me know if anything stands out to you guys. Thanks in advance.

Looks normal but you didn't go WOT until 4k rpms.

Ah, shoot. Maybe I mixed up the logs. Is 2500rpm low enough for WOT? Or should I try for closer to 2000-2200? Thanks!

Hello again. I'm testing out some new map 6 settings and wanted some feedback. Thank you!

I can do more logging if necessary

Hello, I just switched to Map 2 on have been running map 1 for a little while. I recorded the following log in third gear from 2k rpm to all the way to 7k and then shifted to 4th gear and slowed down.
Not sure if its the temperature out side of 82F or the car was running hot, the map didn't feel much different than map 1.
Car is bone stock and Mobil 93 gas is always used.

Please see the attached logs and any input would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
Don

Recorded another log, Mpa 3 with fuel wires. WOT closer to 2500rpm this time. Thanks!

Update your firmware and make sure all your user adjustment settings are set to the default values...Most things are zero'd out and I can't see your map 6 settings.

The picture you posted is not the same as the log you posted. Please do a proper log on map 1 and map 2. The log you posted is not at WOT and starts at 3500 and goes to 5600 rpms.

For proper review and the JB4 to adapt, please do logs in 3rd or 4th gear from 2K rpms to redline at wide open throttle.

Can you let me know how the jb4 operates between this setting (linear pedal mapping) being on vs off so I can fine tune this better?
I appreciate the info.

Just got back from doing some logging as you suggested with the updated firmware.

I have three logs each with one pull from 2k RPM. Two are 3rd gear pulls and one is a 2nd gear.

Okay...I'm sorry. Are the default values on the first page where it says "Q50 Default Settings as of v9 firmware:" or is there an updated default setting?

So if we use the linear pedal option will it remove the difference in pedal response between standard and sport modes? Or will sport still have a “touchier” steeper linear curve then normal mode?

Just connected the JB4 today on my 2020 Q50 Luxe AWD, all stock. Set it to map 2 on 93 octane.
Was just driving around normally and an occasion hard acceleration. I have an unplanned log, can someone tell me if it looks OK.

Congrats! Bring us back some logs. I would suggest - Map 1, 2 and 3 then post them here. Use manual mode and ride 3rd gear full throttle all the way up from 2500-6500 if you can. Don't just start playing with map 6 unless you already know what you are doing. Someone will give you some feedback on your logs to see if you should continue to map 4 and 5.
