Well dang. On another note, I've been running JB4 for 20k miles with no issues for those wondering about longevity. I've been on Map 5 for the last 5k.

Good to hear! Help spread the word that people don't need to resort to reflash their cars to pickup solid reliable gains.

No updates on our end, no. You'd have to evaluate your own logs to see what map setup works best for your car/conditions/fuel.

Hi Terry. I had a JB4 in my previous car and had zero issues. So when I purchased my 2019 Accord I wanted to get some break in miles on the engine before adding more power. Attached is a Map 1 log that I did earlier today. My car is a 2019 Accord Sport 2.0T with the 10 speed automatic transmission. I am running a Takeda Cold Air Intake System w/Pro 5R Filter and 93 octane fuel. Let me know how Map 1 looks and ill get more logs of other maps, once you approve. Also if it helps you guys in any way, my wife has a 2019 CR-V and I can move my JB4 to her vehicle and get some logs for you as research if needed.

File Type: csv 2019-08-14 17_21_55_Map-1.csv (12.6 KB, 9 views)

Mods: JB4, Takeda PRO 5R Intake, Mishimoto Oil Catch Can.

Previous: 2011 BMW 535i M-Sport

Map2 looks clean too! That is normally a good map to run we've found. So no need to crank it unless you need the extra power.

Hi Terry,
Just got the JB4 installed on the Type R. Using 94 octane. Everything else is stock.
How do the logs look? I did a map 1 log. Everything felt good. I went ahead and did a map2 log as well. Let me know
Thanks!

Logs look fine to me.. You can stay with map2 as long as it's running well. But if fuel pressure starts to crash at some point (which will result in engine stuttering) then definitely drop back down to map1.

Map6 is a user adjustable map. Since fuel pressure is the limit on the typeR there generally isn't any reason to run over map2.
