Default JB4, Help with lean condition, keep getting switched to Map 4 - 01-25-2021, 07:16 AM

Hi everyone , would really appreciate your help guys. I recently bought a 2010 Z4 35i and decided to go FBO. When I was driving the car in its stock condition,it was running fine (or it seemed to be fine). I decided to go with JB4, got a 7in intercooler, charge pipe, 2in turbo inlets, and *********. Ive tried all the maps and it would always throw me into map 4. Initial pull is fine, but when it switches into the next gear it leans out more and throws me into map 4. I've since replaced my valve cover (cause it was cracked), vacuum lines, and lpfp (walbro 535). I've checked the injectors and they are index 12. I've also replaced the coils (Delphi) and sparkplugs (N20 plugs) and I noticed my AVG ign jumped from 3 to over 5.4.

Could some please check my logs and tell me what's wrong. I've enabled ign 2-6 to work but problem is the readings are strange. 2 and 6 stuck at 0, 4 at 14.6 and cylinder 5 stock at 5ish.

Help is much appreciated.

Your trims are maxing out resulting in high AFR's. If you are running ethanol, I'd suggest lowering the ethanol content and/or loading the appropriate BEF.

I'm running 98ron which is equivalent to 93 Oct and running nothing else. What other reasons would result in high trims in the n54 engines?

Are my ign logs 1-6 look normal? Especially cylinder 4 and 5 both stuck one at about 14 and the other at 5.5?! I don't think that's normal, could you please confirm

Should I order O2 sensors? I'm not sure if they could be the problem? When I replaced my plugs the old ones should signs of the car being actually lean, but I heard in one thread that plugs in one bank were black (too rich) due to a faulty O2 sensor. Need some advice please

You need to resolve your trim issue before moving on with additional tuning. Both banks have the same issue so I don't believe it's an individual O2 sensor issue unless they are swapped or ???

Your timing isn't being recorded correctly...are you sure its an IJEOS? The Z4 is a bit different as I've seen issues in the past with ROM codes.

I'm not sure what you mean by tuning, but I'll definitely won't be tuning until I resolve my current condition. Planning on 19Ts but until I resolve my lean condition. I've noticed an oil leak under the car and therefore will check that out tomorrow. I've written down the things I've changed already on the car, the only things I can think of that I haven't diagnosed or changed are O2 sensors, map sensor and turbo solenoids. You said I need to resolve my trim issue, how do I do that please?

Oxygen sensors changed but no difference, Its most probably my fuel filter, I've ordered one and will report back if trims reduce. So what I understand from some reading, is that high trims at load means lpfp, fuel line blockage or fuel filter so let's see what happens.
