Default Stage 1 on ZCP M3? - 12-07-2017, 10:34 AM

I am interested in buying stage 1 for a 2017 DCT M3 with competition package.

People keep telling me to only buy the JB4 since I have competition package. There was talk about partial boost and the DCT not playing well on the stage 1 or something along those lines.

Is that still the case? Ive already have the can flap and I dont really want to go stage 2 or anything. So I was thinking of buying the stage 1 for quick and easy power.

Whats the latest on stage 1 with ZCP? Any dynos?

The Stage1 is compatible, but the JB4 with the fuel control, pedal input scaling, and more advanced tuning, is generally preferred for the ZCP which runs a little more boost stock than its non-ZCP counterparts. Power will be similar map1 JB4 to Stage1, but the JB4 will drive better IMHO.
