Default Maxed out trims and lean AFR log - 09-08-2019, 08:15 PM

I'm having problems with my 135i, fuel trims are maxed and afr is also maxed at 20, both banks

Log is on map 4, 93 octane. I shouldn't be anywhere close to maxing out trims or AFRs. Engine is stumbling a lot over 3k rpms, but I get no codes. Car has new Bosch spark plugs. Ignition coils were replaced at 40k, now I'm at 82k. Maybe it's time to replace them again?

Car is running a pump back end flash, but I haven't updated it (or the jb4), car was running fine for a long time on this setup.

Update:

I just replaced all 6 ignition coils with Delphis again. One of my old ones was all rusted out for some reason.

Car seems to idle a bit smoother now, but it may just be a placebo effect. Car still runs terrible under boost, even on map 4.

I'm not too sure what to replace next. I'm thinking o2 sensors, hpfp or injectors (mine are index 8 and 6).

Maybe I'll try and reset o2 adaptations first and reflash to the latest pump flash

Definitely running some old firmware...

Wouldn’t hurt to update the firmware / flash the latest BEF... good place to start & cheaper (free) to start trouble shooting.

You could manually raise FOL to see if that brings your trims down
