Default N55 PWG 2BE9 Code - Car Stalled, LPFP issue? - 04-10-2019, 07:19 PM

So I had my car stall in limp mode for the 2nd time with a fuel pressure code.

It has done this with straight 93 - 8% e85 pump gas, and today at E38.

My mods are in my signature, although the TBI is not working right now, I have a stage 2 pump and upsized feed line. (issue with the nitrous trigger).

I have been running up to E70 with the TBI functional, and E55 with it off and had no issues until now.

Under load I have high fuel pressure readings of 15 or so at 12 psi.

On a short pull I have seen trims spike to 40 on pump 93 at 8psi.

My gut is saying my stage 2 LPFP is failing. Thoughts?

An update for anyone that had the same symptoms. It appears it was my hpfp. I had a few more bad stumbles and had to nurse the car for a few days while the pump shipped, but it was not a terrible installation. Just an expensive bit after i just fixed my water pump, thermostat and a diff bolt. I ran a few logs tonight and will need to relearn on e85 as my trims are crashing low, but it is hitting and holding full throttle now. 75k fyi.

So I think my new fuel pump just failed. I would appreciate a log review. I have an ok pull, one that looks like a weird crash, and finally a log with the failure where the car cut off. It also does again after I pulled the battery while sitting in traffic not moving.

If anyone else has an idea like a bad CANBUS connection or a hole in the back end flash i would appreciate a review.

The first log I see the hpfp tank.

The 2nd/3rd log- looks normal.

Where’d you purchase the pump from?
