Welcome to the forum. We really need a log showing one long pull from 2500rpm to redline, in either 3rd or 4th gear. Otherwise we can't give a 100% evaluation. From what I see though, timing and trims look ok. The throttle closures are likely from the ********, which is leading to some overboosting. You may have to get the EWG harness to correct that and smooth out the closures.

Many thanks for the advice. I have a EWG harness to fit this evening. What map & settings do you recommend? All my user adjustments on the JB4 are completely standard.

Regards
Stu

Get a log first without the EWG connector and we'll evaluate it.
The EWG connector is mostly needed when going with higher boost levels with methanol/racegas.

Absolutely… stick with what Payam is saying. It's always best to adjust within what the JB4 can do as is. Then, if needed, add in the other components. With exception of fuel and WMI settings, I'm running all stock/standard settings as well.

Finally able to attach a new log due to bad weather! Many thanks in advance for your advice and time to look at this.

Loos good to me. You could try Map 3, but it looks like map 2 is your max without additional fuel. (FF wires or WMI)

If I try Map3 do I need to attach the EWG Harness?
