Log looks good, try lowering PID gain to 25 and upload another log.

Curious have you upgraded either fuel pumps? Also, what are your plugs gapped at?

no pumps. Plugs are 9506 gapped at .022, on that log they were 1 day old brand new plugs.
adjusting PID and will post another log
One thing i’ve noticed is I keep getting tuner codes 122108 and 102001 BOV and Air mass. Usually when these pop up the car sorta stutters, like all of a sudden it revs up like 100rpm under light throttle and then the light pops up. On the latest smoke test I did at 24psi I noticed my actual BOV was leaking air. I am going to replace the BOV with a fresh one next week because of the leak and am hoping it clears up that issue as well. Curious if any of you guys know what could be the issue there
