Default ST limp mode at ~6300 without code - 07-03-2022, 12:04 AM

Hello, my setup is:
N54 E93 Docrace single turbo 6466 with jb4 backend flash, new Hpfp and new design low fuel pump sensor. Sparks are ngk 95770/5992 gapped at 0.22 racing vpower gas Shell 100oct and still have the original lpfp and injectors.(i have the stage 2+ bucketless sitting in my garage hoping to install it soon) I also have passive delete at off.

Before installing Hpfp at map 2 i always have FPH values below 9 after 5550rpm, so i never revving more than 5700rpm.

Now the FPH is very stable until 6500rpm but noticed FPL after 6200 need the upgrade.

-My problem is whenever i go over 6200rpm i have a limp mode, afr goes to 20 and engine shutters until i turn off the car or clear codes.
I tried to read the codes with jb4 and bavarian technic cable and shows nothing??
I attached 3 logs:

1) First one is Map 2 with limp mode(and no codes to read) at around 6500rpm showing afr goes at 20 after limp. I noticed FPH values are stable, but FPL values ~5 after 6200rpm.
Both trims and afr looks good to me and no ign corrections.

2) Second one is Map 3 with limp mode (no codes to read) at around 6300.
I noticed FPH after 6000 below 10 and before limp at 6. Not good and definitly need the upgrade stage 2 LFP. Again trims-afr are good and no misfires.

3) Third one is Map3 revving only until 6100rpm and no limp mode.
Both FPH and Low are keeping good, trims and afr looks good to me, but at 4th gear i have multiple ign. corrections in 3 cylinders after 5500rpm.

My questions?
How can i read the codes when my car goes to limp mode?
Should the ign corrections occured because spark plugs or old index injectors?
Should i upgrade to ngk 2 step colder sparks gapped at 0.20 at these boost ~20psi?
I Know when i upgrade lfp with stage 2 the car will be more stable, but how can i have limp modes when all values are good? (trims-afrs-no ign correction)

What are you using to scan for fault codes?

jb4 mobile app after switching map at 0.
I tried with bavarian technic cable with same results. No code detected.

most likely dump idea but is the jb4 new or has your car run good with it before?
mine did random limp modes before updating firmware to the newest.
