They buy the debt from you for a reduced cost IE someone owes you $100 and you have given up collecting it on your own. Collector buys that debt from you for... say $30 and then chases the party down adding whatever fee's, interest etc. the state they are incorporated in allows, which usually amounts to the original fee plus some. This of course would require a legally executed contract which I don't believe any of you have.

If you paid with a CC, just call them and file it.

If not, call the local police, explain the situation and go from there.

That or, just post this **** to Reddit and let someone ruin his life.

Or (no violence) buy a plane ticket and knock on his door. Face to face interactions can really alter a persons state of mind.

My dad lives about 1hr from him. Also has tons of frequent flyer miles said he would fly me up there and we can go. But thats if he actually lives in bakersfield at the address i found registered with his server. I also have another phone number for him from when he tried to sell someone a log manifold and they asked about it.

What do you mean by legally executed contract? I have a proper invoice and paypal invoice. Its more than 45 days so credit card/paypal wont file chargeback.
I would fly over but im in Australia and just had an operation so cant fl for 6 weeks.
I know he reads these threads so i will contact the local bakersfield police if i dont hear from him in the next couple days

Damn u did it through paypal? From now on i always go thru paypal. Mostly because of guys like this. But i only let mine 60 days, my bank is returning my funds but still going after him however they do it. They even said they would get the money from the cc processor which is also the host for his site, because they r infact held accountable for his transactions. So it will trickle down the line sooner or later and im sure they do have some sort of contract with the cc processor part. They could easily put a debt on him.

But with paypal no matter what i order from whoever, i would never let anything go past the last day. Cuz the transaction can always be redone after a refund with no penalty and the make another transaction

Fraud Fab strikes again! Terry really needs to change the title of this thread or bold something on the first post to let people know this is a scam.

He has screen name under e90 p o s t that he uses . "M C P 1" . I bought a oem LPFP bucket assembly from him for cheap because I'm sending it off to fuel it to do the 450 pump. When he asked me to pay through his website , I was shocked that it was the shaudfab one . I did receive my pump no issues there at all. Do you guys want me to post his phone number we've been communicating through ?

Already have his new number. He didnt respond to my text. And he was trying to sell a log manifold on there as well. Someone almost bought it but contacted me cuz of all this mess. I told him to steer clear of his business practices. Hes got alot to fix and prove if he wver wants to actually sell his product. And i dont see that happening

Hes not going to send you anything. He could have refunded my money. My bank did a merchant dispute and took the money from him. Then i had to wait for 90 days to actually get it back in my account.

I did a dispute and my bank had the money in my account in 24hrs. And 60 days later confirmed that the dispute was close and the money was definitely mine back.

Also b aware I think he is using another website and name to get his scam around some more..
See link: so u guys recognize the manifold?

Well I'm happy for u.. All I know is that it looks strangely like the same.. And if I'm wrong good for u.. The point of the post is for ppl to just asked more about that trust 1 guy saying he received it.. That was how shaudfab got some of the ppl he got ... Not that I know jpwhatever... Or care for it.. If anyone like the kit and is interested. He should find the ppl that received something already and r running it too. So he can have numbers and confirmation that it is a legit seller.

On those words, Gnite .. Personal I went with VM a sure source... Parts and performance!!
