I did this and I was able to get my transmission to work. My transmission was locked in P with transmission malfunction codes on dash and got a bunch of errors mainly "2021 Error Datatransmission to ECU disturbed" when I was flashing from Original Alpina B3 (ZB 7615835) to ZB 7603537 (New Alpina B3 Flash). Also tried to flash ZB 7601494 (US Sport Flash) and stock but didn't work. Disconnected battery > did not work. Finally did this latency change and it worked. Back to original Alpina for now. Too scared to try new alpina or us sport for now.

Thanks, Guys!

Save the headache and the pain and use the XHP it's way better than the alpina, I flashed the XHP stage 2 over my alpina b3 flash and I love the shift points and the quick shifting... will never go back to alpina or stock

I have this car stock for last four years ever since I got it. What do you think about stage 3?

I’ve been using xHP Stage 3 ever since it became available. Prior to that Alpina B3 for 5+ years ever since it became available. Stage 3 xHP absolutely superior. Love it!
