Or skip on the fancy loader and get it even cheaper from the source ...

The loader is the home screen, how the apps look. If you look at the ECS one and the one I posted you'll see the screen/apps look different, but are the same apps. The loader is what changes those appearances.
In general terms.


I would say, yes it's a legitimate radio.
The android stuff works pretty well. Some quirks and a little getting used to but for the most part they work well.
