Default Making a daily beast N54 - 10-11-2017, 12:26 AM

Hi guys , i'm making a daily car and i want 500-550whp .. Car is 535xi , but i will make it RWD .. For now i have jb4 G5 iso and bms dci ,RB PCV VALVE,BMS oil termostat , removed all catalytic converters . The motor star to burn oil and i open it . Now i'm changing everything that can be changed in motor , i want to make it new. I give the turbos to make it hybrid and now they have 5mm bigger billet wheels. I will get the new map 3.5bar and custom fmic , straight pipe. I want someone to make custom tune , but i dont know who can do it best .

And some photos of project ...

So ... converting your XI to RWD? Might PM USCBWSR on here, and ask him how that went for him.

I can't see the photos, but sounds like a fun project! When you get it together post up some logs and we'll help you dial it in. E85 I hope?

How do you plan on doing the conversion? Just pulling the shaft? Or doing everything?

I don't think many people speak Bulgarian on this forum but I could be wrong.

The question is how to get these turbos in Bulgaria?

Hello guys and Happy New Year , i wish to all of you to make everything that you want to cars , and make it faster !! : )))
I have a little question for my car , the car is ready and working good. Can i flash now BMS BEF for pump for my hybrid turbos , and is it necessary to change MAP sensor ? For that moment i get off the JB4 from the car and now is with stock ECU MAP . What to do from now ? : ) Thank you .

Yes, you will want a 3.5 bar TMAP sensor, so you can reliably target 20+ psi.
When you flash a backend flash for hybrids and the fuel you use:

Download MHD.
Connect the K+D cable to the OBDII, turn ignition on.
JB4 will automatically switch to map 0 for DME flashing (you don't need to physically uninstall the JB4).
Flash the DME with MHD BEF.
Once it's done, turn off ignition, then start the engine.
Clear any codes.
Reset adaptations.
Then go drive and take some logs.

Hello : )) I run the car 300 miles , and something happened .. the car start to burn oil, smokes when i release the gas pedal. We remove the cylinder head cover , and we saw a lot of oil on 5 cilynder. I think its the head cover problem. The car is back to the service and know i`m thinking what to do with the PCV. Is the best way to take pcv to exhaust with OCC or something else. I think to plug the head ports , and make RB PCV external kit or can anyone can tell me the diagram and how i can make the pcv vent to exhaust? Thank you.

did you turn on the exhaust burble with MHD? Many people have complained of burning oil/smoke/oil comsumption with burble on.
Get a RB PCV from BMS if you haven't already (silver/black). Oil Catch Can is a good idea too, but probably isn't going to fix your smoking.
if you go RB External PCV, email Rob, he's very knowledge about the PCV systems.

The car is with stock maps , no JB4 , no BEF.
I have RB PCV VAVLE , now i bought a valve cover , i dont know this will help me.
