From my understanding, if I enable bit 7 "disable lambda adaptation reset each startup", then my adaptations will NOT reset every startup. Is that how I would want it to be ( being ST ) or how I currently have it (resets every startup)?

Okay, I'll do that and get back to you with that log.

Thank you!

Got the log. Trims still maxed and cold start is 18+ lean for a few seconds.

This wasnt happening with the e85 flash.

Shoul I revert back and drop some e85 in?

Reverted back to the e85 flash and reset adaptations with mhd, and tried inpa as well.

Filled up the tank with 6 gallons of e85 and the rest 93.

Trims are the same as with the other two flashes.

Kind of scared of getting on it too much with the trims maxing out as they are so the logs are short.

Dont know what to do at this point, it wasnt doing this until I flashed the regular non-e85 BEF, but now it is.

Drove it for a few days... trims kept maxing out.

Said F it and bought 2 new o2 sensors... same ****.

HPFP dip in the one log I think was because I had traction control on.

Should I just get a custom tune? Dont know what to do.

What're the chances its the stage 2 lpfp? I have some funky cold starts and the pump was on another car previously which also had funky cold starts. My index 12s have 0 leaks and new seals.

Ahhhh I've done everything maintenance wise and all mods to have it running perfect and it just doesnt want to cooperate .

No ideas? Lpfp value sticks in the jb4 logging dials sometimes until I get into boost again.

Can LPFP sensor affect trims? Is the HPFP value displayed in the jb4 log dial actual or could there be less pressure than there actually is?

Also, do rear o2s have any effect while on the single turbo BEF? I still have them plugged in on ******** and jb4.

LPFP sensor when it goes bad- will usually stay pegged at a set value / wont budge. That can effect hpfp - and also trims

Rear o2s- most guys disable one of their rear o2 sensors- you can do this in tuner pro

Would disconnecting the rear o2s be the same as disabling them? Just that they'll throw a CEL code or will there be drivability issues with the tune?

Also just something I noticed, some days the lpfp will sit around 65-68 all day and some days it'll sit at 72-78.

Sometimes the trims will be fine for a pull and sometimes they wont and the car bucks at WOT. Its intermittent.

You want to have at least one rear o2 imo.

Update!

Got sick of high trims and car having issues under boost at only 17 psi.

Bought port injection with jb4 integration module and got a log.

Please have a look and let me know how it looks and if I can up the boost.

Thank you.

Edit: this log is with 10 gallons of e85.

Ok- you can bump up to the next map

Do 1-2 WOT pulls prior- and log the next 1-2 pulls.

Lets keep an eye on the LPFP PSI- if that dips we might wanna dilute your mix a bit.

Once we figure out your mix- we can really dial in the FB & DB

Here are the logs you requested: 2 pulls prior, 2 after.

First log was only till 6kish as I hit traffic. Felt good.
Second log was all the way till 6.8k. Felt good but CEL turned on and ecu cut ignition to cylinder 6 after 6700 rpm or so.

Probably a DMFW problem.

Let me know!

Ps: this **** is fast ahaha

Based on the LPFP - I’d really be more comfortable if we had more PSI On that end.

The miss could be fueling related or DMFW - both common.

Haha yes lot of potential to go reallllly fast

I’d hop back down to map 1 for the time being

Okay, so I'll get another walbro for the tank and wire it to the jb4 port injection controller.

I'll get back to ya with a log once I've got that sorted.

Thanks

Got another walbro 450 and threw it in the bucket with the other one wired to a hobbs.

This is on straight e85.

Logs arent that great length wise, but just want your opinion. I see LPFP dips to mid 50s. Is this common for straight e85?

Also getting fuel mixture codes for both banks. Bank 2 is always first. Normal for straight e85 and port injection?

Thanks.

Logs are a bit short--- however- dipping into the mid 50's with 2 walbro's no, not normal- that usually means your 2nd pump isnt turning on

Mixture codes both banks, also not normal at all- you'll throw mixture codes when trims max out (postive or neg) for too long.

Rewired 2nd pump to jb4 PI controller. Pressures seem to be better now. I think maybe the hobbs switch is faulty or turning on intermittently. Will get better logs soon.
