Terry,

Thank you for posting these. The Excel file is much more legible and the easy adjustability of the 1st and 2nd gear boost is a welcome addition.

Best,

Evan

Yep it works for 335i. But I dun utilise it since I like to have dsc completely off which also saves my rear brake pads wear

Finally updated to 23B from ISO 18 (laptop battery had died and was waiting for a new one). My low throttle boost surge seems to have disappeared just by this update. I have not touched any of the added menu configurations, but map 5 has re-adapted which may also be part of the fix. Either way my car seems very happy with the newest update, thanks Terry!

My only complaint is that the automatic DTC setting still does not seem to work, any suggestions?

Is it possible to see the low fuel pressure from the meters or do I have to log it? I am changing my OEM lpfp to Walbro and it would be nice to see the pressure during cruise.

Fuel pressure is only in the laptop display.

Terry, I'm still trying different settings to get my shifts smoothed out, including playing with the auto shift boost reduction. Is there any way you could add a menu 15 that included steering wheel adjustability for this so we don't have to only use a laptop to change this value? Just a thought...

That setting generally should not be adjusted unless you have an over boost on high boost high RPM shifts. It's a PID / boost control setting and there would be no way to evaluate it without analyzing PWM and boost vs. target in a datalog.

Got it. Back to 60 then.

FWIW, switching from map 5 to map 2 appears to have smoothed things out slightly..

Thanks.
You'll need a G5 to log low fuel pressure. It's not supported with the G4.
