Should wastegate adaptation being disabled while dialing in DB? Also after final adjustments are made to DB, should the FF RPM gain be deselected?

Looks OK at first glance. Might not be a bad idea to test the KR flash time option at that lower boost level on E60.

Terry, any updates on hybrid-specific maps?
I just got a set of Hexon RR600s installed along with MMP inlets/outlets and MFactory LSD.

I'm still on a race backend flash from when I was with the stock turbos (running 94 octane + dual CM7 meth nozzles at 80/20 mix).
I haven't pushed the car at all since installing the new turbos, as I want to make sure everything is fine first.

Terry,

Can you review my logs for my E35 + FBO + Inlets + VTT Stage 1 n54?

I cant seem to build boost to target in lower RPM and over-boost higher.

Everything seems to work great and if you had some adjustments for me id be super grateful!

I don't disable WG adaption when tuning unless I need to troubleshoot some specific issue then I'd turn it right back on.

Scobby,

Yes a BEF is needed with the appropriate flash per the fuel you will be running. MHD is also the recommended app for the flash loading process.

Would repost in the support forum but it appears your hpfp is starting to fail. Once that gets addressed, then other minor adjustments can be made. Try to go WOT from 2500 to redline.

probably not too many logs on the Vargas GC turbos. I'm running ms109 here, as the hpfp cant keep up and I don't have port injection yet. This is a 24lb target in map 6. I have the fuelit stage 3 lpfp

Yeah, your hpfp is starved. Lower boost to 21 for now until you get the fueling addressed. You need either PI or meth to help compensate. Need to look into some DB tuning also.

I want to get the platinum port injection kit. But have to save for a bit for that. Wonder if can get the basic kit then add on later?

I'm just starting out with a set of Pure Stage 2 turbo's and JB4 and want to make sure I am setting things up correctly.

Current Mods: Pure Stage 2, FBO, RB2" inlets, Stage 2 lpfp, Fuel = 93Pump

I am currently just running MHD flash map (Stage 2+).

I am going JB4 and have been reviewing setup guides in this thread and the main setup thread and have two questions:

1. Do I first need to flash my car back to stock via MHD to effectively remove the MHD map before installing JB4, doing BEF, etc etc?

2. I plan to just run pump for the time being. Does anyone have a starter map for Pure Stage 2 turbo's on pump as opposed to starting with a basic pump map?

Greg,

MHD flash stage 2 gave me issues holding boost over stock levels in the upper RPM range.

There are specific BMS maps for the MHD app. They are free and downloadable.

You can reflash with the BMS flash OVER the MHD flash. So you can skip the stock flash part.

For Pump flash there are no specific maps for hybrid turbos. You will need to keep an eye on timing, boost, and use DB tuning to get things inline for these turbos.

Patrick,

To me its odd that your Stage 3 pump dips into the 50's which also forces the HPFP to drop too. Stage 3 pump is capable of much better readings...

How old is your EKPM module?
