Default Jb4 vs CANbus - 01-17-2019, 04:03 PM

Hi,

New to the forum. Just bought a 2018 stinger gt limited. Jb4 installed but not working. OBD cable plugged in, fuel wires, Bluetooth. When I start the car, looks like the Jb4 stop, gauges on the app freezes and the engine boost stop suddenly and stop. Even in map 0, does the same thing. Looks like something is interfering with the Jb4. Card and harness has been changed.
Any idea what might cause this?

Got a photo of the connection from OBD to JB4?

You'd want to engage technical support, email in photos of install and how OBDII cable is attached to JB4 harness as that is normally where the mistake is made.
