High pressure fuel pump can't really sustain it on the Raptor. On the 2.7L though should be possible but we'd need a back end flash as well to go along with the JB4.

Go to advanced, and click the paperclip icon. Then a pop up will come up for you to upload your attachments/files.

Does JB4 monitor OBD readiness?
Can it tweak throttle mapping or do you have to run the pedal tuner as well?

No we don't monitor it. Could add that option if needed but normally a basic OBDII scan tool is used for that when needed.

For the sort of dynamic pedal mapping I think you're referring to get our pedal tuner. The JB4 maps do adjust pedal to boost target but it's not quite as dramatic.

Hi Terry. Can you please take a look at my attached log? 2018 F150 2.7 turbo. Also, why don't I have a reading for high pressure fuel? Altitude: 5,280 ft. 91 octane.

Grab the v6 firmware in the first post and grab a log so we can see if you get fuel pressure with it.

Thanks! How does everything else look?
Also, what's Max MPA on the 2.7 Ecoboost application? Trying to figure out how much ethanol I can run.

Seems fine to me so far.

You'll run out of fuel trim before you run out of fuel pressure... I run 30% on our 2.7L truck without issue so start there.

New firmware map 3...boost is over 4; closer to 5.25. Not sure this is by design.
Any how, how does the log look?

It's dropping to map 0 as boost safety is set low at 22psi. Raise that to 25psi.

We've sent maps out to people who have flashed with HP tuners. With HP Tuners you have to port the changes over to your software version though, so its generally suggested for those familiar with HP Tuners and tuning in general.

Terry,
What are the main differences of a CARB compliant version of the JB4 compared to the others?

Thanks,

CARB systems have a fixed firmware that can't be updated, and is the only system legal for sale and use in California. The tuning is all the same as are the connections.
