Timing looks good even for 95oct gas.

Trims are a little high. Maybe bump your FOL to 65 or 70.

I would adjust your DB to 0 or 50 if you continue to run map 7 since you're over boosting a little. You may need to go even lower depending on results. This will also lower your trims a bit too. Maybe do this first before adjusting FOL.

PWM seems a little high to me still, but I can't find my map 7 logs to compare to mine. At least you're hitting boost and PWM is stable for your map 7 across all gears. My map 6 with 17psi peak hits a high of 50-60 at 17psi which is similar to your map 6 in 3rd gear. Then you shift to 4th and it under boosts and your PWM jumps up a lot.

That is really strange...got a screenshot of your map 6 settings?

I doubled checked all connections tonight and found out that the vacuum line of the transmission was not fully insterted into the boostpipe. Check before / after picture. This could have explained the issues i'm having. Please check attached log at map6 after the change. I had some wheelspin issue starting from third gear and it's not optimal yet, but how does it look so far? No errors at the moment after testing with map6 and map7.

Good find with your vacuum line

Log looks better. PWM doesn't seem bad now. Some timing corrections, but maybe that's from the wheel spin. Prefer to see at least a full 4th gear (if 8at) log though.

Could use some DB tuning in a high gear now. I tend to do mine in 5th gear (8at).

Wouldn't thing that would differentiate between map 6 and map 7 but good find!

Did some runs in 5th gear on map6 as anthony235 suggested, as i have an 8spd automatic. Works better

Now that the vacuum line is properly connected to the boostpipe it seems that PWM is very good now & Iavg is fairly low, ambient temps here are around 32F. I'm only running AKI95 (RON102) now. Could use a little more DB tuning though?

Looks great! A little DB tuning to get rid of the overboost in the mid range and you're set.

Looking at your boost targets makes me want to extend mine out later in the RPMs Not sure my ethonal volume can take it though.

The last settings and logs unfortunately are too much for the car, I got a drivetrain error yesterday (fuel pressure below target). Now i've lowered the boost a little and this seems to hold up fine, attached the log.

I'm running RON102 (AKI95), I do notice that iavg varies a lot when racing the car. As high as 5 to as low as 2. My experience is that if doing WOT from 5th gear that iavg lowers and everything looks good, but when racing the car iavg will go up. At least that is my experience.

Attached the log on my latest run, I think it looks good and I can also say that my issue with the strange PWM behaviour and loss of pressure are gone. Thanks guys.

Log looks pretty good but as you notice you are pushing the limit so you'll have to continue to experiment. Looks pretty good though. HPFP pressures look good but running the FOL that high and the pressures that high will make drive train errors more likely to occur.
