hey guys i just want to share this..

saw today ecstuning.com have the H&r race springs on sale for $221 which is a great deal.

I hope you changed the shocks too. Else your stock ones will be working outside their ideal range, which results in premature wear. Shops tell me that they usually last less than a year like this.


Sleeper 5 series
Performance: Pro tuned MHD, xHP Stage 3 TCU flash, DCI, AR kittens, ER FMIC & CP, Fuel-It Stage 2 LPFP w ported rail, RB turbos, RB inlets, KW V2, Mfactory LSD

I havent change the shocks yet. im looking into which ones should I get. any recomendations?

Koni makes great shocks. Either Yellow or FSD. Also Bilstein HD Sport, I am partial to Koni myself. Maybe some of the 3 series guys can chip in.

thanks I will prob. go with yellow konis. im just tring to get a good deal on them. lol ecs tuning.com has them on sale as well shocks n strurs for like 6 bills. thinkin might get this soon

$570 for a full set on Tire Rack.
Koni Yellows would be my choice as well for that car. They are adjustable, so you can play with the firmness level and dial them in.
