As the title says

Is it possible to control the exhaust flap using JB4
and if it is, how to do it?

Seeing that Payam has already mentioned it's in development, I will mention that if you'd like to have it open all the time, that's pretty simple to modify with hardware.

Personally I use the BM3 BEF to actuate the exhaust valve.
