This might be a dumb question but here it goes... I have a e90 xi. I want to remove transfer case. Possible to custom make a drive shaft that will work with auto xi transmission, mount in middle like it does in a non xi and match up to xi rear pumpkin?

Just a quick update for you guys

The good news first. Our shipment of Carbon Fibre from Toray Japan is finally on the boat over to our facility, and should be arriving in a couple weeks time. We can then start testing/developing the tubes (finally!).

The bad news. We still need to test/develop the tubes, so still don't have an ETA yet.

However, as we do have our flanges in stock, it's really just the tubes that we are waiting on to complete. I just hope that not too many people decided not to wait for us (and I can't blame them) and went and purchased the DSS or VAC driveshafts instead.

As soon as I have more details, you guys will be the first to know

Are these available yet? My mechanic claims I need a new driveshaft and I would love to go carbon fiber if possible.

I tried ordering one months ago and they could be bothered even responding to emails, so i don't bother with any of their products

I tried through the local supplier too

I dont even know why they bother listing them.

I'm pretty sure they gave up on the project but this place has one. Saw a build thread on Facebook but i haven't used it. Definitely on my bucket list of parts.

We reply to all emails, so not sure what happened there (it could have went into our junk folder). If you did not get a reply, please accept my apologies

As mentioned in my post above, they are being tested just now, so we have not given up on these.

From those who purchased from our last batch, I believe some of them were putting down over 600lbs with no issue

Will there be any modifications needed to fit the 1 piece? Or is it direct fit?
