Map Guide as of v3 firmware:
Map 0: Stock operation, JB4 disabled
Map 1: Default performance map, 4psi peak request over stock
Map 2: 22psi absolute boost profile, 93 octane OK. For competition packages cars and/or in warm/higher elevation climates map1 might out perform map2.
Map 3: 25psi absolute boost profile, requires higher octane like unleaded racing fuel
Map 4: Low boost VALET map -- Ideal for when "friends" are driving your car
Map 5: 26psi absolute boost profile, requires unleaded racing fuel
Map 6: User adjustable map. RPM1500 values of less than 6psi make map6 additive target based, values over 7psi make map6 absolute target based.
Map 7: 27psi absolute boost profile, requires unleaded racing fuel
Map 8: water/meth progressive map -- under development
Note to properly delete fault codes on the F90 the car must be in diagnostic mode first. With your foot off the brake press the ignition button 3 times fast. All lights will appear on dash.

JB4_F90_5:
1) Revised map2 as an additive map with a peak request of 5psi over stock
2) Enabled EWG control for map1 and map2, for vehicles where the optional EWG connections have been attached.
3) Fixed bug with startup EWG fault appearing on some models.
JB4_F90_4:
1) Redesigned boost by gear system. Boost in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear now represents the amount of boost to subtract from the boost target. This allows you to set boost lower than stock when slippery track conditions dictate. When using launch mode of the car "bogs" shortly after the launch reduce boost in 1st gear until you're able to get a clean launch.
T1) Adjustments to FF under absolute target maps to improve boost targeting.
JB4_F90_S63TU_3_T2:
1) Adjusted map1 to peak request of 4psi over stock, to match new BMS Stage1 mapping. Making Stage1 and JB4 map1 effectively similar tuning.
2) Reworked the code reading function so codes are properly read from both ECU's independently. May require interface update to work properly, if you have problems reading codes with this update, contact Donnie for the BETA JB4 Mobile interface.
3) Added higher boost map5 @ 26psi peak, and map7 @ 27psi peak, for those looking to push records on straight MS109 racing fuel.
JB4_F90_S63TU_3:
1) Revised boost mapping to improve partial throttle smoothness on absolute target maps 2 & 3.
2) Adjusted map4 to an 8psi VALET map. Perfect for when you want to save gas or lend the car to "friends".
3) Revised boost by gear logic for improved performance. You can now target boost below the factory target if desired.
4) Wastegate control logical change to improve boost targeting during runs with multiple shifts, like 1/4 mile runs.

Mo @ DME Tuning sent over a fresh dyno from their new F90 M5 Development car. Overall, looks strong, although we're a little concerned with the AFR. We'll need to better evaluate that as we start to dial up boost. The platform is EWG based so I envision designing a new JB4 system for it with dual bank boost, fuel, and EWG control, at a minimum. Being so strong from the factory I wonder how much tuning potential they left for us. 700awhp would be amazing.
BMS has a car on order that is currently on the water, so probably a few weeks out. I was hoping to have it a few days before SS to rig up a tuner and race it but the timing is in question now. Will update the thread when we have it.
Should look nice in the garage next to our 775whp 2015 M5.

MSRP with the gas guzzler tax and destination is $107,095.

I'm less interested with the dynos floating around and looking forward to some more 60-130 and 1/4 mile results. But seems like 600whp stock is plausible. And hopefully, 700whp JB4 tuned is doable. Would be enough for mid 10s in a well launching setup.

Looking like early May. Boat was delayed for some reason.
On the plus side, a special order was the only way to get no options but the speed limiter raised. So will be worth the wait.
