New E60 owner here! Picked up an 08 535xi last week. Prefer the 3 series but wife had specifics and the E9x was too small. No mods currently since we have a baby on the way but planning for JB4, CP, and DCI early spring.

Any groups get together to go drive/race and anyone go out to LORP on Wednesdays? I'm 4 miles east of the track and would love to meet up with some other Bimmer ownerss

You can usually find me at RPM Performance up on Madison St. on the weekends.. Silver 2008 e92 FBO running e85 flash. I haven't been up there in a couple weeks because of college visits, but would like to get up there soon as the diversity of cars is insane.

Yes. I'm located in Greencastle though and have a drive. Where I live, my close friend has an E39 M5, and his cousin has an 07 M5. A couple of the DePauw students have bimmers, but no n54 or n55.

Nice...hoping to be FBO by summer but depends on if the wife decides she wants to stay home after the little one comes or go back to work. I'm all for her going back to work which will let me get the car to where I want it more quickly but if she wants to stay home I'll support it.

Still learning all about BMWs, I was a Honda guy for 10+ years and got out of cars for about 6 years due to child, divorce, home purchase(with tons of remodeling), and 2nd marriage but glad to finally have my hobby back.

Well if you have any questions, we will be one of the cheapest when it comes to labor and one of the more knowledgeable shops as we specialise in BMW.

And if you ever want to feel it's potential at FBO I can always give you a ride. I've got spec stage 2+ clutch and flywheel, jb4 with MHD E85, *********, intercooler, DCI, CP with Tial, I mean it sounds awesome and the driving is second to none to any other car I've been in.

Hondaboy, I would love to try out another tuned n54. Mine is FBO, with VTT Stg1 and VTT Inlets. Which shop are you referring to in your post above?

New guy here. E82, Montego Blue, 6mt. Recently came out of a super clean E30. Chose the 1'er as the wheelbase is closest to the E30, and I love the look of the car. Love how willing this thing is to rotate on corners, and the thrust of the N54, holy christ! Can't wait to start adding goodies to this thing.

Located about an hour south of Indy. Brown County has some amazing back roads.
