Default what codes does "auto code clear" delete? - 11-18-2013, 03:05 PM

hello, obviously it deletes the tuner codes and I guess a related ******** code so you can run ***-less *********, but was else does it clear? I think I might need to replace my 02 sensor but i have not gotten one of those "2C7C lambda probe behind catalytic converter 2, signal" codes in awhile, I want to make sure the jb4 is not autoclearing these codes. thanks

If auto clear is on it will eventually clear any pending code. Active codes will continue to show a light in dash, though. As a general rule of thumb if you get a light in dash disable auto clear or switch to map 0 to further troubleshoot.

********* will trigger 29F4/29F5 codes only.

If it got cleared, don't think anyone what it was can tell unless you read (past tense) it out... try reading out your codes now and see if there's a related code that wouldn't throw a cel?
