Your FOL is at zero and your trims are maxing out.

You're running 100% E85 correct? Set your FOL to 60. Then try a log with TBI on and without it, both at lower boost to determine if you are triggering TBI or not.

Hi Steve, what's the difference between the TBI and the direct port injection?

TBI uses a spacer between the throttlebody and the intake manifold that has two injection nozzles that are opposed and flows are controlled by a boost referenced solenoid. TBI flows approximately 1000cc/min when activated and is either on or off.

Port injection is a spacer that is installed between the intake manifold and the head with 6 individually controlled injectors. Our port injection kit flows 0-3300cc/min and is PWM referenced based on boost, rpm, and fuel pressure.

Yes

Where is your hobb's switch mounted? Do not max out the hobb's switch in either direction. Set it so you can see about 1 thread showing.

What is the circled piece called and where can I get a new one without just getting the whole adapter/fitting?

(I got a used TBI kit and this piece was pretty messed up)

We don't get or sell those separately however if you do a search, Dorman offers those individually.

Ok thanks Steve! I'll check it out.

Contacted Nitrous express Europe yesterday to see what they can do as well.

Hi Steve,

I purchased a used one of these, does the kit come with a new O ring for the plate, or does it just reuse a factory gasket?

also if you provide the gasket can I purchase a new one.

Has anyone ever thought about running tbi with shotgun single barrel...benefit of that would be you won't have to buy and mess with any controllers and I wonder how much whp it would support

Haven't seen this on anyone's car yet, but if you could snag a single barrel for cheap enough, I bet this would be a nice kinda simple solution. How much whp does the single barrel supposedly support?

2007 Jet Black E90 335xi /PTF-Cobb/E50/FuelitS2/5" Stepped FMIC/Synapse BOV and Charge Pipe/Black 19x8.5/245s all around/and more

For the throttlebody, you re-use the factory gasket.

For the manifold, the TBI kit comes with the correct o-ring as listed by Jeff

I don't know of anyone running that setup so I'm not sure what it would support.

At that point, I'd really just run port injection though.

The metal clip ordered: Dorman 800-093 Fuel Line Retaining Clip.
Also got a bunch of the plastic clips for the quick connect fittings as I do not like to reuse those: Dorman 800-005 Retaining Clip Gm

I just bought a used kit an installed it and have been running it a little while.

I have noticed on my logs when it sprays my trims per bank are way different.

I log both trims and avgign as trims so I can see both banks, before I installed the kit they stayed pretty much the same, now I am having 25-30 difference in it, like trims may be richer like 10-15 area and avgign trims I assume this is bank2 is reading 35-40

I need to adjust my fuel scalar a little for tip in, but I hope I don't have to adjust the fuel scalar per bank, I can only assume its getting uneven distribution but not sure why...
