Default 135i n55 2011 throttle issue - 09-04-2016, 11:47 AM

Hello guys

I experience problem with my car last year the car showed code 28A0 throttle valve angle pressure

And the car was not working good when cold start give CEL and when i drive the car like jerking in the fixed speed normal driving , changes throttle valve body works fine , now less than a year the problem come back again , same codes


My car is fbo pure stage 1 jb4 cobb bms flash , auto clear code is off

JB4 isn't connected to MAF correct? Possible boost leak or intake leak?

It was working good , suddenly this issue come from time to time , ill check the intake and leaks

But is there any way to disable the MAF , cause i think mos of the problems comes from the MAF

Not on the E-series N55, only the F-series N55.

Any leak post MAF will cause idling and low RPM drivability issues as well. The throttlebody error could be a post turbo leak.

if there is no leaks only MAF problem , it will cause same issues ?

Here is the log after cleaning the MAF sensor and changed the HPFP there was issue with it , plus the car was running rich before i replace the hpfp and clean the maf sensor , this log without BACK END FLASH i guess .

Not sure what that code is...what's the description?

Logs look pretty normal, some timing events but not too bad given the IAT's are a little high.
