Bump I'm having the same problem. single turbo though.

AFRs look fine on WOT but cruising normally at highway speed it will pop up after some time. I think it's O2 readiness / emissions / drive cycle related. All 4 O2 sensors are brand new.

I tried enabling single rear O2 in my BEF and it didn't appear to help. Any thoughts?

Did you reset adaptations ?

What are your FUD settings?

I did, multiple whenever an issue came up. Sometimes with MHD reset adaptations (lambda sensor and lambda regulation), sometimes with JB4 (menu 1/2). Is there a difference which method I use or do they do the same thing?

My settings are:

bit0 - Disable steering wheel controls (NO)
bit1 - Disable wastegate adaption (YES)
bit2 - Enable E85 cold start fuel enrichment (YES)
bit3 - PI Tip In Enrichment Logic BETA (NO)
bit4 - Enable BETA Anti-Bog-Logic (Manual Trans Only) (NO)
bit5 - Block anti-lag from engaging off brake pedal. Use only volume down button (YES)
bit6 - Disable o2 pressure correction (NO)
bit7 - Disable lambda adaption reset each startup (NO)

FUD settings look right.

Try resetting both lambda options via MHD.

Is this happening during longer drives @ cruising speed ?

Yes longer drives at highway speeds. The first time it happened I was actually trying to complete a drive cycle to set the O2 sensor monitor readiness, the part where it calls for 40-60 mph for 15-20 minutes.

Ok, Iíll dig Into this a bit more...

When you monitor, is one bank of your AFRs pegged @ 20?

What O2s do you have, stock? Upgraded?

Not pegged at 20, it will go to 17, then hover around 28. Car will feel like it's misfiring until I reset adaptations or clear the code.

If it helps, in general bank 1 AFRs seem to be slow to hit target. When driving I noticed it will oscillate around 14.7 before hitting target. Can go find a log if you need.

New Factory O2 sensors with ~300 miles on them. I'll also clean the MAP sensors and check the harness.

Same issue on my buddies 09 335xi. Car runs great! About to start trouble shooting, unless someone has the answer? No jb4 installed....
