Terry I’m not sure if you ever posted this or not. Did you ever try any mods like a 2.5”/3” exhaust for this car to see if you can increase boost and get more performance??

No I prefer to keep the exhaust factory on our development cars.

Older firmware but seems fine otherwise.

How are you checking 0 to 60 on the jb4? Just eyeballing the log?

OBDII based 0-60 is not going to be that accurate compared to high speed GPS like dragy. It's useful for general comparisons but if you want to really time it use the dragy.

We've thought about it but for now, nothing is planned.

You can use both at the same time though. I do it every run.

I have been doing both that’s why I asked if it was accurate because dragy was saying 4.99 and Jb4 well that’s the picture I uploaded lol
But I use my old iPhone for dragy and my newer iPhone for jb4 to monitor

Dragy is the accurate source.

Sooo why can't I close my JB4 board into the JB4 case... what am I doing wrong? The grey plastic piece is hitting the case. Is this the same piece that came with the bluetooth kit?

I'm currently running JB4 map 1 on my 18 RS. The shifts at low throttle from 1 to 2, 2 to 3 and especially 3 to 2 have a bit of a jolt to them. When I set the JB4 to map 0, this goes away and shifts are smoother. I suspect the added 4 psi boost is causing this. Anyone else experience this and have a remedy? I was thinking of moving to map 6 to taper the added boost at low RPM. I'm concerned about the long term effects to my transmission.

Post a log of the shifts and we can see if anything stands out.

I seem to notice that as well in city driving in my 19 RS... when 3 gear engages seems like there’s no power in map 1 and 2 but when you go to default as in map 0 nothing happens

Hi Terry,

Just got the JB4, running map 2 on 91 octane, 2017 premium

Could you please let me know if the logs look ok? Been switching between map1 and map.
