If you get the cast manifold you won't have any issues

Pretty exciting. You'll be getting the cast one almost positive, what turbo you go with?

Good to hear and I ended up going with the gen 2 6466 turbo. I already have every maintenance, fueling, and upgrade part ready to go, just need to order a 3.5 Bar TMAP sensor.

No update to give because unfortunately I might have received the defective manifold. DOC emailed me back in February about possibly receiving the defective unit and apparently there is no way to tell. Luckily I had yet to install the kit, but had planned to that week. Got another email stating that the corrected unit should be going out by the end of March. No word yet. I am anxious to drive the car again.

Can you cancel and go with the speedtech top mount cast?

I do not see why I could not return the kit, but checking Speedtechs site it is showing 3-6 week wait time for their kit to ship. At this point its probably best I just wait it out a bit longer and hope manifold gets sent out soon as promised.

My question is would these be best suited for roll racing? or Im I better off going single turbo? or maybe a different set of upgraded twin turbos? I plan to add supporting mods such as fueling to get the most out of whichever route I end up going with. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Btw my current car is a 2012 335is (DCT) FBO, stock location inlets/outlets, running JB4 w/ a custom e60 tune, and xHP DCT tune. Maintenance is up to date.
another consideration about single turbos is the turbine housing a/r that will be the most profound difference when regarding spool and single turbos
