Spark plug change interval on (FBO+) N54? -

In general, how often should I plan on changing the spark plugs in my FBO+WMI stock turbo'd n54?
(The plugs and coils were replaced about 30 months ago, iirc)

I don’t think there’s a “set” time interval- a lot depends on plug choice, gap, etc.
I guess I’ll throw up a ballpark # range- 8-10k?

Well...
I’m way overdue then. I’ve put about 38,000 on these.
I’m FBO+WMI usually casual but “spirited” commute driving, I.e. no hard core or track days. Florida, 26 miles each way to work, etc.
Do you have a recommendation on plugs and gap?
*I attempted to log a 3rd gear pull to post but I think I ran out of room on the JB4 log storage area. Last few logs weren’t saved.

NGK - 95770 (1 step) gapped .022 if you can find them 
NGK - 97506 (2 step) gapped .020

I prefer the ngk 97506- gapped to .018-.020

Thanks. Yeah, 1-colder or 2-colder is the question. I feel like I’m somewhere in the 1-1/2 colder range, lol. I run Meth but only 50/50 boost juice, so I am not sure if that truly qualifies.
I think I’ll do the 97506 based on the recs.
