Required board type to run the new v11/12 firmware? I have a used jb4 unit w/3.6 rev 2 the app connects but I can't read codes or has any gauges working. Map changing is fine and new firmware
works fine. Also when putting in my bt pin code it doesn't accept it but will handshake in app. I've double checked the 2 pin connector for obd2 cable connection is correct. I'm picking up a new obd2 cable today as ive heard that might be an issue.
On page 1 on the v11 firmware
Details the 02 sensor disabling isn't functional correct? I don't reside in the US and was looking to disable it on account to a dp. From an email selecting wmi map would be the best option correct? Do you have any details regarding this map I haven't been able to find much or point me to a link? Best fbo map? I looked on other platforms and their maps have alot more description compared to page 1.
Is there anything missing on the map description on page 1 or am I over thinking it.
Thanks

For gauges not working typically the OBD is not orientated correctly. Use the below picture as guide:
The newer firmware will work on all board.
It is not functional. You can go to WMI section and under Ethanol setup toggle Passive delete to on and see if it works.
Maps are correct. For 91 map 2, 93 map 3 and map 4 and higher you will need a E40 blend. In cooler months with logs map 4 should be good with 93.
