Hey guys, I bought a JB4 and installed it on my Q50 (+ bought the app), but the previous owner didn't unlink the account so I cannot go in and change the map or set options.

I emailed the JB4 support email with the screenshot, as well as some PayPal documentation, but I was wondering if anyone has had luck with this on weekends like today. I need to use my car later tonight and I'm curious if there are any staff here that are active on weekends and can lend me a hand.

Nick, there are steering wheel commands in this forum
