Default Another VM 700+ WHP N54 (first one in europe) - 09-19-2015, 04:29 AM

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to share some nice result i made yesterday on the dyno
Sorry for my bad english, i live in the netherlands so its possible i use some wrong words

First af all introduce my car: Its a 2007 e91 wagon with allot of options!
Buyed it complete stock 2 years ago with 54.000miles on it

Made allot of changes in and outside!
How the car looks now:

Actual specs on the car:
78.750miles (5.000 miles ago did walnutblast)
VM topmount turbokit with comp 6465 1.0 A/R
VM Manifold/screamers with twin tial wastergates with 14.5psi springs
VM ******** with custom twin 2.5'' free flow exhaust (with 2 electric cutouts)
VM 3'' chargepipe with tial bov
VRSF 5'' intercooler (will upgrade because to small)
JB4 G5 with BB e85 flash
BMS meth kit with single CM14 nozzle
Fuel-it stage 3 twin 450
New Injectors/HPFP/COILS
E40 mix with 100% meth

Stock engine
Stock AT gearbox
NO PI (yet)

Best result on the dyno yesterday was a really nice 707WHP on 29psi.
We found out we where maxed out on the wastergate springs(Trims also). set the boost in map6 to 30psi or higher still made 29psi on top!

This is really a great result on just a e40 blend and NO PI

on the dyna pack dyno from NZ (the best dyno in the netherlands, no slip because measuring directly on the hubs)

Dyno graph (you see 813hp but this is on the engine. this is how they give hp in the europe, adding around 15% on the measured whp)

Added the CSV file from the dynorun in attachement

Movie of the 707WHP run:
https://youtu.be/KmTRiVdMWbA

Streetmovies:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XKN-ZHt-w9c
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sdt_eoZCM6k

To do list:
-Bigger custom intercooler
-New intake with extra injectors and than on full e100
-Upgrade 6AT
-18psi springs in the wastergate
-Go for 35/36psi

Many thanx to payam for this great turbo kit and his service
And offcourse to terry BMS for his great products and feedback

The car is really a monster on the streets!!!

Hope you like!
See ya
Marco

Looks clean! Nice to see a wagon representing!

Using BB flash? I'd suggest switching over to our MHD map when you can. Trans reads a higher torque with it and should live a bit longer.

I have a pre 02/2007 gearbox (without a alpina flash because not capable for it) And for now still no problems.. But i never use the kickdown to spare the trans.

Nice! But a virtual dyno is not real numbers on the wheels so put it on a real dyno hehe

This dynograph in the first post is engine HP, this graph is WHP. This dyno issnt reading higher than the dyno's used here in the USA. They did some comparing and was maximumum 2-3% difference
Yeah i really love the E91 Wagon, now its a real audi RS6 killer

Nice choice on the wagon. It is cool they offer the N54 engine in an estate over there, respect for building it to be such a beast.

Evan
