Right, you'll get random boost from 0-18psi under load. Which isn't fun. Plus in an AT you need to be able to limit boost to 10-12psi in 1st gear.

I have never used 1st gear, its useless because it is so short. I assume your referring to launching? I do 40-60 rolls lol!

You will if you're drag racing. You'll probably want to lower boost in 2nd gear also to say 15psi. Realistically with all that power your trans will blow soon. But if you stick to starting in 3rd gear and not shifting 4->5 you can prolong the inevitable a bit.

I am going with the 10-12 lb spring. Probably going with Level 10 VB also. If that doesn't hold I will go with manual.

Lots of half mile runs at ~620rw without issue. A few launches too. I have had issues with timing post shift when launching though. It seems the trans senses the extra converter slippage as trans slippage and pulls back timing. Another headache to be sorted. Starting in 3rd is never an issue and what I usually do at the rolling races.

I doubt it as they are pretty reliable. It's probably an electrical problem preventing voltage to it. Or maybe some issue with the vacuum lines on your WG. When installing and setting up a single turbo kit patience is required to properly troubleshoot things that aren't working right.
